The plain-language rules for using Oskie. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Who we are
Oskie · Fantasy AI Co-Manager ("Oskie", "we") is run by Paceway Consulting LLC. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page.
What Oskie is, and isn't
- Oskie reads your ESPN fantasy football league and writes reports, player colour dots, waiver and trade ideas, and trade-offer reviews for your team.
- It only reads. It never changes your lineup, makes a trade, files a waiver claim or posts in your league.
- Independent. Oskie is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by ESPN, Anthropic or OpenAI. Fantasy data comes from ESPN and remains ESPN's property. If ESPN changes or blocks access, some features may stop working.
Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to use Oskie, and 18 or older to subscribe to a paid plan.
- Give accurate information, keep your login to yourself, and connect only your own ESPN account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and billing
- Free: one league, a weekly report, the Analysis tab and starter-out alerts.
- Gold: everything Oskie does, at $14.99 per month, covering up to 3 leagues (US dollars, plus tax where it applies). The price is shown before you pay.
- Free trial: you can start Gold with a 7-day free trial. It needs a card and a connected ESPN account. There is one trial per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into a paid Gold subscription.
- Renewal: Gold renews every month automatically until you cancel.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Price changes: if the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it starts.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from Billing on the site. You keep Gold until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- We don't refund the current month once it has started, except where the law requires it, or if we charged you by mistake. If something on our side stopped Oskie from working for an extended time, write to us and we'll make it right.
Advice, not guarantees
- Reports, colour dots, trade verdicts and AI answers are suggestions based on stats, projections and news. They can be wrong, late or incomplete, and they are for information and entertainment. They are not betting, financial or professional advice.
- You decide your lineup, waivers and trades. We are not responsible for fantasy results or missed moves.
- Reports are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and checked by automatic rules. A person does not read each one before you see it.
Fair use
Don't try to reach other members' data, get around the login, copy or resell Oskie's content, overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content and feedback
You keep whatever you send us. You let us use it to run Oskie. Feedback you send can be used to improve Oskie without payment.
Changes, availability and ending an account
- Oskie is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be up or error-free, and features can change.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy). We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost fantasy outcomes. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can't settle by talking it through will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we both agree to those courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we tell members by email or on the site at least 14 days before it applies. Using Oskie after that means you accept the change.
